Winter Workout Schedule | Blogmas 2018 Day 19
I don't like to make my workout schedule too detailed as I like to pick the exercises I'm going to do that morning. Instead, I make an open exercise plan that allows me to pick and choose what exercises I want to do that day as long as I stick with the body part I want to work on.
