Smoothies, Kitties, and Cruise Planning | Weekly Recap
Hello everyone! Some exciting news here! Hubby and I are planning our next cruise! We booked some tickets this past weekend and I have been in planning mode ever since.
I love planning stuff especially vacations. We are going to Jamaica, Cayman Islands, and Mexico. Of course with planning the cruise I got set to planning everything else out around our vacation. It was beautiful weather out this week so I was able to do all of this out on our patio.
Lando and Evy did not mind going out of course.
I have been really focusing on my diet and activities lately. I've been working out more and have been eating healthier, much healthier. Oreos have been my enemy recently and they are now banned from the house until I get some self control around them lol.
Lately in the morning I'll have either some fruit or a shake. I've been having Shakeology lately (no I don't sell it) but I also like Vega One shakes.
I'm usually not hungry again until lunch. For lunches I have been craving and rather enjoying smoothies. In my smoothie I mix green tea, water, and frozen fruit. Then I just add a little more fruit or tea until it's the right consistency and flavor.
After work I have been working out and then having a Vega protein shake while supper is getting ready. Supper has been different every night this week and the lighting hasn't been good for pictures but I have had chickpea spaghetti, cauliflower "wings", veggie burritos, and tacos. I always either have some veggies or a salad as a side. For a while (about 2 months ago) I was intermittent fasting and it was working amazingly but it doesn't work with my work schedule now so this is what I have been doing.
Friday morning I brought Evy and Lando outside and Evy proved herself to be quite the hunteress catching a beautiful butterfly.
