2019 Goals

Well hello there! It's been quite awhile since I've posted. Since it is a new year I wanted to have my first post of 2019 be my goals for this year. This year I have quite a few goals for 2019. However, this year I have changed things up and separated them into four different categories.

Prepping
1. Have 3 months of water saved
2. Have 3 months of food saved
3. Make rain water collection

Health/Fitness
1. Be able to do the splits
2. Run 5k without stopping
3. Do yoga 3x weekly

Professional
1. Become trained in Treatment
2. Complete Nutrition courses

Personal
1. Meditate daily
2. Journal daily
