My Current Favorite Coffees

Hello everyone! I took off posting last week but I am back! As you may or may not know I stopped drinking coffee for several months. I didn't like the way my body was reacting to not having my small cup of coffee in the morning (not able to use the bathroom as consistently, not having much energy, etc.) So I decided to hop back on the coffee train and thought I'd share some coffees that I've been loving lately.


1. Maple Pecan Latte with almond milk and no foam.


2. Peppermint Mocha
      -half coffee
      -half chocolate almond milk
      -1 drop of Vitality Peppermint Oil* (for less peppermint dip a toothpick in the oil and swirl the toothpick in the coffee mixture)


3. Pumpkin Spice and Cinnamon
      -half coffee
      -half almond milk
      -1 drop Vitality Cinnamon Oil* (for less cinnamon dip a toothpick into oil and swirl the toothpick into coffee mixture)
       -Pumpkin Spice sprinkled on top


4. Almond Mocha
       -half coffee
       -half chocolate almond milk


* The only oils that I ingest are Young Living Vitality Oils. If you do not feel comfortable with this then you are welcome to replace the oils with cinnamon spice, peppermint extract, use a candy cane, or something similar.
