Workout Routine, Smoothies, and Fur Babies | Weekly Recap


Monday I woke up early to get some housework done and get a nice workout in before work. I will be posting my workout routine tomorrow on my YouTube channel and you can find it here when it goes live.

During work my stomach was growling so I came home and made supper right away. I had organic chunky vegetable soup and organic pasta with spinach. While eating supper I worked on a blog post about my workout schedule from the week before. You can find it here. I've been following this workout routine for a while and it's been working for me.

After supper I talked on the phone with my parents while getting some more housework done. I put all the laundry away from the day before and I had to start another load of towels.



Tuesday morning I did some cardio and some core exercises.




Afterwards I let Lando and Evy outside while I had my protein shake.


I had a smoothie for lunch and even after 30 ounces I knew I was going to be hungry later so I took the left over smoothie with me to work. My smoothie consisted of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, a banana, and some spinach.

After work I had some organic vegan lasagna. I was going to take a picture but I was so hungry I ate it all before I remembered to take a picture lol.





Wednesday I worked all day but I did manage to get some pictures of the kitties during my lunch break. After work I helped my hubby make some images for his Twitch Stream.






Thursday I worked almost all day. After work I filmed my trailer video for my YouTube channel, edited it, and posted it! Friday I had a half day! I spent the morning cleaning the kitchen, doing some laundry, and letting the fur-babies outside. When I came home I worked on this post and made some amazing soup. I'll be posting the recipe soon.
